ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
My motto is “Determination and Persistence will always overcome all odds”. The only way to see results is to stop putting off what you can get done today.
I’ve played professional baseball for the past 7 years and have worked with many trainers. I’ve learned an assortment of techniques from across the world that I incorporate into my workouts. I believe that there are no excuses while working out and the only way to improve and see results is to push yourself above and beyond everyone else. |

Jonas J. Trinidad has been studying and practicing Yoga in various forms for 11 years. He took his 200hr teacher training from Didier Razon and his Two Suns Rising school of hatha yoga. His training was primarily influence by Siddha Yoga meditation, Kashmir Shaivism philosophy and Anusara based posture flow, with emphasis on alignment and anatomy.
Most styles of yoga are a great compliment to any fitness routine for their restorative benefit. The breathing techniques alone can carry over to any other workout regimen, helping the student be more relaxed and focused. When body and mind are at ease, more benefit and results are received. Yoga can also aid in riding the body of toxins. Yoga is not only a discipline in itself, but a tool to help build discipline. You might be amazed at the enhancement of awareness you experience when you connect mind, body and breath in ways you’d never thought of. Best of all, the benefits stay with you off of the yoga mat.

Cindy Zaiter
Certifications: AFAA Certified in Group Fitness Instruction, BTFA Certified Indoor Cycle Instructor, Certified in Pilates and Yoga with Fitour, and currently preparing for Personal Training Certification in September with AFAA.
I was a stay home mom, wanting to get in shape. About 12 years ago, I purchased a Taebo video tape, and started doing the workouts at home. I was apprehensive about joining a gym, so I just stuck with ordering more workout video programs, bought myself some dumbells, and faithfully worked out at home. A few years after the birth of my 3rd child at age 40, I was getting bored with the workouts and decided to try the gym. I started going to every class I could, loved the class format, and was keeping up or surpassing the instructors! I had dreamed of becoming an instructor, but thought I was too "old" to get started. But at age 45, I went and got my first certification, started teaching classes, and found my calling in life. I love helping people reach their fitness goals, and my approach is patience and understanding, and helping people see that they can do what they didn't think they could do to change their lives. I want to be an inspiration to women that you are never, ever too old to change your life, get in shape, and be who you want to be.
