Noha Soliman 
Noha Soliman is the owner and founder of Elite Fitness Jax and a certified personal trainer that has developed a no-nonsense full body workout system. She has been successful in helping many of her clients rapidly shed unwanted pounds in just weeks, no matter what level of fitness.

Noha obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education 1997. She also has certifications as an ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer and Performance Nutrition Specialist since1999. Noha also has certifications in the following areas: APEX Fitness and Nutrition, Weight Management Coach, TRX Suspension Trainer, NESTA Certified Mind and Body Specialist.

 

Noha began her career working with clients as a personal trainer and nutritionist, as well as competed in gymnastics since her teens. Health and fitness have always been a central point of Noha's life. This is why she gives 110% to her Client's to help them not only achieve their physical goals, but to also instill that taking care of your body is a lifestyle, and not a trend.

Clayton Manning is  is the owner and founder of Elite Fitness Jax and a certified personal trainer that specializes in mass building, body toning, and weight loss. Whether you are looking to lose weight or compete in Iron Man Competitions, Clayton creates training programs specifically tailored to assist you in meeting your goals.

 

Certifications
In 2000, Clayton became a certified ISSA Personal Fitness Trainer and Performance Nutrition Specialist. He has also obtained his certification as an APEX Fitness and Nutrition Specialist. As well as TRX Suspension Trainer.

 

Clayton's motivation stems from him teaching everyone that they deserve the right to feel good and helping them make positive changes within themselves. He also believes that physical fitness enables us to keep our bodies at the peak performance and our minds as sharp as razors.

Effie’s ultimate fitness goal with you is to lengthen, strengthen and tone your body. With a strong background in ballet technique, other various styles of dance, pilates and yoga, Effie’s method of teaching is definitely an eye opening experience. If your goal is to get long and lean muscles then Effie’s classes are the place to go. Yes men will be challenged too! Just because your shoe’s are off and there are no weights don’t think Effie’s classes are your time to relax and unwind. “To get the results you want you have to put in the work. Pouting, whining and complaining will get you nowhere.” When you come to one of Effie’s classes expect to be challenged and open to trying new things!


Effie believes the key to a great workout is a positive mindset. It is not about what you can do now it is about how you think coming into your workout. “You are a success story waiting to happen. You have to fuel your workout with positive thoughts because the second you say “I can’t” your workout is over! Motto to training is “It’s not pain it’s change”.

For the past five years I have dedicated my time to body conditioning and strength training. This includes emphasis on cardio, strength training and flexibility the three key things that are needed for good health.


A couple years ago I was involved in a bad car accident and could not do the thing I loved the most which is workout. After a year of physical therapy at which point I could not even walk a block without experiencing severe pain, I was told I would not be able to do long distance running, like I use to do before the accident. The day I received clearance from my doctor I started easing slowly back into working out, concentrating on building my body strength back. Six months later I did my first 5k since the accident without breaking a sweat. Due to discipline, determination, and dedication I found that one can accomplish whatever goals he puts before himself no matter what the obstacle or how many. Since then I’ve received certifications from Johnny G cycling program, completed  Afaa group fitness programs, Les Mills body strengthen program as well as continuing ed classes from UNF in courses such as yoga, strength training, and sports conditioning. My purpose now is to help people accomplish their goal towards a healthy lifestyle.

I have been in the fitness industry over 20 years and  dedicated 13 of those years to Personal Training. He is passionate about changing the lives of people who are battling weight loss, weight gain, rehabbing injuries, or just simply aspiring better health. He is well rounded in nutrition, overcoming plateaus, metabolism, functional training, resistance training, and motivation to supersede prior goals, as well as setting new goals. Lewis feels that physical activity must be communicated and articulated in a way that people understand, have fun doing, and see continuous results.

Not only is Lewis passionate about the health of others, but also takes his physical appearance and health to it's optimal level. He believes one's life is a reflection of what they are really passionate about. In other words, practice what you preach.

I’ve played professional baseball for the past 7 years and have worked with many trainers. I’ve learned an assortment of techniques from across the world that I incorporate into my workouts. I believe that there are no excuses while working out and the only way to improve and see results is to push yourself above and beyond everyone else.

 

Jonas Trinidad


Jonas J. Trinidad has been studying and practicing Yoga in various forms for 11 years. He took his 200hr teacher training from Didier Razon and his Two Suns Rising school of hatha yoga. His training was primarily influence by Siddha Yoga meditation, Kashmir Shaivism philosophy and Anusara based posture flow, with emphasis on alignment and anatomy.

               

Most styles of yoga are a great compliment to any fitness routine for their restorative benefit. The breathing techniques alone can carry over to any other workout regimen, helping the student be more relaxed and focused. When body and mind are at ease, more benefit and results are received. Yoga can also aid in riding the body of toxins. Yoga is not only a discipline in itself, but a tool to help build discipline. You might be amazed at the enhancement of awareness you experience when you connect mind, body and breath in ways you’d never thought of. Best of all, the benefits stay with you off of the yoga mat.

Tracy Markley


Tracy began teaching group fitness in 1993. After many years of teaching high impact aerobics, my focus began to shift to more mind/body fitness.

 

Tracy is trained in Ashtanga and lyengar yoga, certified by YogaFit. She also teaches Pilates, step, senior fitness, indoor cycling, and weight and sculpt classes and aqua fitness.

 

It is a privilege to teach and share my love of fitness and health. Im inspired by the thought that I can make a difference in someone’s life. My love of teaching motivated me to constantly learn and explore the latest in the fitness/wellness industry.
